Profarta Heliport

A) Arrival by commercial flight:

If you arrive at the terminal on a commercial flight, our service partner will be waiting for you directly at the baggage claim area and assist you with your luggage. After baggage claim, you will be escorted to the exit where our staff will be waiting for you to take you to the helicopter.

For your departure by helicopter, we can offer you two options:

Option 1 (Offer price + €100):

We will drive you to our heliport in Profarta (approximately 12 minutes drive), and you can board the helicopter directly and takeoff. The time between your arrival at our staff and departure by helicopter is approximately 20-30 minutes.



Option 2 (Offer price + €400):

We will drive you to the General Aviation Terminal (GAT) at Athens Airport (approximately 5 minutes drive). Our handler will meet you there and accompany you to the lounge until the departure formalities are completed (approximately 10 minutes). After that, you will be escorted through the airport's security control and driven to the helicopter by bus (depending on the number of passengers and the flight gate, it can take between 5 and 15 minutes). Once you have arrived at the helicopter, your luggage will be loaded, and you can take-off. As Athens Airport is highly busy during the summer months, the clearance for take-off can take between 15 and 45 minutes. The total time from your arrival at our staff to departure of the helicopter at Athens Airport can range from 35 to 75 minutes.

B) Arrival by private flight:

If you arrive with a private flight, you will be taken to the GAT by the service partner of your flight. The arrival formalities will be completed there.

After the necessary immigration procedures, we can offer you two options for your onward flight by helicopter:



Option 1 (Offer price + €100):

Our staff will meet you at the GAT and drive you from the GAT to our heliport in Profarta (travel time approximately 12 minutes). You can board the helicopter directly and take-off. (Time between completion of immigration formalities and departure by helicopter
approximately 20-30 minutes.)


Option 2 (Offer price + €400):

Our service partner will meet you at the GAT and accompany you to the lounge until the departure formalities are completed (approximately 10 minutes). After that, you will be escorted through the airport's security control and taken to the helicopter by bus (depending on the number of people and flight gate, between 5 and 15 minutes). Once you arrive at the helicopter, your luggage will be loaded, and you can take-off. As Athens Airport is highly busy during the summer months, the departure clearance may take between 15 and 45 minutes. The total time from completing the immigration formalities to departure by helicopter at Athens Airport can range from 30 to 70 minutes.
